Australia Women beat Indian Women with 4 wickets to spare in the 2nd T20I to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20I series. The first match was called off due to rain and could not be completed. Wielding the willow first in the second encounter, the Indian Women side could only post a total of 118/9 on the board.

And, only 2 batters from the Indian Women’s side could cross the 20-run mark. While Pooja Vastrakar scored an attractive 26-ball 37*, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur chipped in with 28 off 20 deliveries. On the bowling front, Tayle Vlaeminck and Sophie Molineux scalped 4 wickets between them.
